Having no CAD of a component or system doesn’t have to be a barrier

We can 3D scan to reverse engineer your product.
This can include:

  • Scan data for packaging and visualisation. mesh or stl output.
  • Post processing to extract CAD geometry and surfaces.
  • A CAD solid model of the final part including 2D manufacturing drawings.

A range of applications include:

  • Reverse engineering existing components.
  • Capturing packaging environments such as a vehicle bodyshell or engine bay to allow CAD design and packaging within it.
  • Reproduction of legacy or historic, out of production components.
  • Visualisation and graphic marketing.
  • Component inspection in reference to a CAD file or design intent.
