3D printing can quickly turn designs into reality and has a wide range of applications
Prototype parts to check aesthetics or function before design freeze and manufacture.
End use parts. 3D printing can produce functional and structural end use parts. Complex shapes can be produced, removing the need for tooling or mould costs associated with other methods.
Tooling Manufacture. 3D printing can be a great way to produce tooling or moulds for complex shapes. For example, printing a mould, into which resins can be poured to produce tooling.
Our FDM machine has a build volume of 305 x 305 x 600mm, and for smaller more detailed aesthetic parts we have a resin-based printer. We can print parts to your design, or work with you to design your parts for print.
Parts can be produced in a range of materials including PLA, PETG, polycarbonate, nylon, glass filled nylon, and carbon filled nylon.
